Having received formal training and matured in a professional culinary environment in the United States, Chef Ha Pham carries the aspiration to elevate traditional values. For us, Asian Fusion cuisine is not just a combination of skill and ingredients, but an artistic language to tell the story of Asian flavors from a modern, sophisticated perspective.
